Hello,

The need for strong and inclusive leadership has never been more present. Thank you for being a leadership role model committed to learning and growth on this journey.

In this five-part leadership series, you will learn foundational skills in inclusive leadership and have valuable practice opportunities to encourage and sustain an environment where everyone can thrive while exceeding goals--on your team and beyond.

At Unsiloed, we believe that Inclusive Leaders have robust awareness and influencing skills within themselves, their relationships, and the systems around them.

This series brings an elevated and holistic approach to leadership development that transcends siloed conversations associated with diversity, equity, and inclusion. By focusing on capacity building in assessing cultural norms, validating lived experience, and making power visible, we guide you in cultivating truly inclusive work environments.

PROGRAM COMPONENTS INCLUDE:

  • Teaching Sessions (5)
    • Opportunity to reflect, do self-discovery, get in alignment with leadership intentions, and to strategize on what's next.
  • Coaching Sessions (5)
    • Optional - Between teaching sessions, you are invited to bring questions, challenges, and curiosities to live small group coaching sessions.
    • Coaching sessions are 75 minutes in length and capped at 20 people.
  • Completion Certificate
    • To obtain an inclusive leadership certificate, complete at least 4 of the 5 post-session workbook & micro-challenges to receive an acknowledgment of active participation through an Unsiloed Leader Certificate of Completion.

AUDIO/VIDEO RECORDING | By request of EDF, Programs are photographed and recorded by the Unsiloed. Attending this event indicates your consent to being filmed/photographed and your consent to the use of your recorded image for The Learning Librarys of the Environmental Defense Fund and Unsiloed. DATA COLLECTION/USE : Feedback collected in session will be used only for research purposes and in ways that will not reveal who you are. You will not be individually identified in any reports or publication from the sessions, unless you grant express consent to be cited.

Learning Journey Roadmap

By the end of this five-part learning series, as an engaged participant, you will be able to:

  1. Define and enact the main components of Inclusive Leadership.
  2. Develop a greater understanding of yourself and others to support a leadership practice of emotional and cultural intelligence at all levels.
  3. Assess and discern leadership behaviors that perpetuate unhelpful practices, transactional relationships, and systems of traditional power that can limit team performance.
  4. Describe new strategies for improving team collaboration through environmental shifts in psychological safety, trust-building, and growth-oriented feedback.
  5. Craft an Action Plan to help sustain learnings for future application
